I Want...

As you may or may not already know, I LOVE Frank Lloyd Wright. I think that most of his work is absolutely beautiful, and even in that which I don't care for, I can see his innovation and creativity.
I receive the gift catalogue that the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust sends out. All of the proceeds from their sales go toward, as indicated by the name, restoring and preserving his structures. I've been a nut for historic preservation for a while anyway, so this combines two loves for me. In the most recent edition, there was THIS tree topper. I want it desperately.


Isn't it gorgeous? I'd leave it out all year, probably...it's a beautiful tree topper, but it would be equally nice just as a sculptural piece. That's my opinion, anyway :-) Oh, if only I had money...
